Yes. We build coffee, beverage, ice cream, catering, BBQ and full cooking trailers. Your menu and preparation methods guide the layout, equipment and systems.

Size, construction, equipment, utilities, ventilation, finishes and custom features all affect price. Your project estimate identifies the included work, options and exclusions so you can compare choices against your budget.

Custom builds average 8–12 weeks, with the production slot confirmed separately. Design, approvals, equipment availability and complexity affect timing. We confirm estimated start and completion dates; ordering does not start an 8–12-week delivery countdown.

Yes. Our financing partner is Equinox. We provide project estimates and build information for your application. Equinox determines eligibility, approval and financing terms.

Our standard schedule is 50% before fabrication, including the credited design retainer; 20% at the agreed progress milestone; and 30% before release. A different signed payment schedule takes precedence.

We start with your needs and a preliminary estimate, then develop the layout and coordinate equipment and systems. You approve the final scope and price before fabrication.

The standard retainer is $2,500 unless agreed otherwise in writing. It starts the agreed design work and is credited once toward your purchase price and required production payment. Your design agreement defines deliverables and included revisions.

Yes. You approve the layout, equipment, materials, scope and price before fabrication. Confirm doors, windows, working space and utilities during design. Later changes are reviewed for their effect on cost and schedule.

Yes. We modify, install equipment and complete build-outs on customer-supplied trailers. Send photos, dimensions and your goals for review. Our workmanship coverage applies to the agreed work; unrelated existing defects remain separate.

Yes. Send the make, model, dimensions, weight, utility requirements and installation instructions before buying or shipping equipment. We review fit and installation needs. Equipment warranties remain separate from our installation workmanship coverage.

Yes. We provide build information and help address inspection questions about our work. Share operating locations early. Your scope identifies application, fee and scheduling responsibilities; the responsible authorities issue final approvals.

Winter preparation is optional unless included in your quote. Tell us your expected temperatures and storage conditions so we can plan insulation, heating and system protection and explain operating limits.

Yes. We offer graphic design from scratch, print preparation and trailer wrap installation. Bring your branding or start with a new concept. Your quote defines the design work, wrap coverage and installation included.

Our normal setup uses an easy-latch coupler system. We use both Dexter and Demco products, matched to the trailer’s ratings and your tow vehicle. We confirm the required setup before pickup

Yes. Hydraulic and electric jacks are available across all our trailer types, with customized capacity, mounting, controls and power. Your quote identifies the included system and upgrades.

Yes. We coordinate delivery based on your destination and trailer configuration. Distance, transport method, access and carrier availability affect cost. Delivery is separate from the build price unless your written agreement includes it.

Coverage depends on the trailer series and written warranty. Review the coverage periods, exclusions and claim process before ordering. Purchased equipment has separate manufacturer warranty terms.

Yes. Visits to our Stillwater, Minnesota shop are available by appointment. Contact us ahead of time so we can set aside time and confirm which projects are available to view.
