Custom Trailer Fabrication Process

Each trailer series we build begins with creating plans. We decide the layout of the trailer per your preferred work-flow or setup, fine tune everything in our CAD software so you can see it in 3D, and then we begin the physical build process.

1 Engineering & Blueprinting

Before we begin cutting steel and welding, we engineer the entire custom trailer around your business model or your use case.   Using our 3D configurator, we map out the specific footprint of your trailer.

Commercial Utility Mapping: We engineer the plumbing, heavy-duty electrical panels, propane lines, and Type 1 ventilation hoods specifically around your commercial food-service workflow.
Structural Load Calculations: After getting to know your build, we determine the exact structural steel requirements for your chassis, upgrading 8x2” steel mainframes if you are hauling heavy equipment like built-in pizza ovens or full hot cook lines.
Our Compliance Guarantee: We engineer your mobile kitchen to meet the strict local health and fire codes established for your specific jurisdiction. If our custom trailer fabrication doesn’t meet the codes at the time of your order, we fix it. Free of charge.

2 Build & Progress Updates

3 Warranty & Builder Direct Support

We back every trailer build we complete for our customers. We complete a rigorous pre-delivery quality control inspection before we schedule a walkthrough. During the walkthrough with you, we test each electrical outlet, water pump, and gas connection. You’ll get the following once the final payment is received:

Clean DMV Documentation: We don’t mess around with sketchy paperwork. Every build comes with a clean Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) so you can seamlessly register your mobile kitchen in any state.
Heavy-Duty Structural Warranty: We stand with our work. Each custom trailer we fabricate comes backed by a warranty of 3 - 6 years. The warranty varies by build type. All work completed at our Stillwater shop in Minnesota.
The Owner Portal: During this process, you’ll have access to your Owner’s Portal. This is a digital hub that stores your blueprints, utility schematics, MCO title docs, and all manufacturer warranties for your third-party commercial equipment, giving you builder-direct support long after your trailer build is completed.
