Premium Fit & Finish
For the clients looking into our Kitchen and Concession series, we make sure to use 304 stainless-steel or commercial-grade aluminum that are sure to pass health inspections. Always trimmed clean and sealed properly. On the outside, we use ACP composite smooth-side panels bonded with 3M VHB systems for a flat, wave free finish.

Documentation to Back Up Your Build
You get weekly progress photos while your trailer is on the fabrication floor so you can see what’s behind the trailer walls. When it’s finished, you get a full Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) for clean, hassle-free DMV registration in any state, plus up to a 6-year structural warranty (varies per series and build).

We want our clients to feel confident and fully informed not only on the build, but the entire process. You’re trusting us with a vital aspect of your business, we make sure you get to see it from start to finish.
- We base the frame, axle and tongue setup around the equipment location, payload and towing behavior.
- The electrical (outlets, lighting, appliance circuits, and generator) are planned around real loads.
- The plumbing, tanks, water heater, drains, and winterization are all planned before we seal the walls.
- Serving windows, doors, hatches, counters, and storage are all based on the workflow specific to each operator.
- You get progress updates and photos so you can see the trailer at each stage.
