Common Questions About Our Warranty

Do all trailer types have the same warranty?

No. Coverage varies by trailer series and agreement. Review your specific warranty’s periods and exclusions; one advertised duration does not apply to every component.

How do I report a warranty issue?

Email sales@stcroixtrailers.com with your VIN or project details, purchase information, issue description and photos or video. Tell us when it started and stop using any unsafe system. We’ll coordinate the next step.

Can a local shop do the warranty repair?

Contact us first. Covered work requires written authorization, including at an approved local shop. Confirm the scope and payment arrangement before authorizing repairs; submitting a bill afterward does not establish reimbursement.

Does warranty coverage pay for towing or lost business?

The limited warranty excludes transport, travel, downtime and business-loss costs. The applicable warranty and any separate written arrangement govern coverage, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

Are appliances covered by the trailer workmanship warranty?

No. Trailer workmanship and appliance warranties are separate. Manufacturer coverage varies by model and mobile use. Keep model numbers, serial numbers and purchase documents to identify the applicable coverage.
