Custom Trailer Fabrication Done Right.

The nature of our trailer engineering is purely custom. We don’t use an old shell and repurpose, and we don’t repeat the same build over and over. This is why for unique businesses, we are the go-to engineers.

Frame First Engineering

A mobile business carrying heavy machinery needs a foundation to match. We design your structural steel or aluminum chassis specifically for the weight you are hauling.

Commercial-Grade Utilities

Everything is professionally routed, cleanly labeled, and built to pass strict commercial inspections.

Four-Season Climate Control

As a Minnesota company, we offer closed-cell spray foam insulation and heavy-duty HVAC setups so your mobile business never has a slow season.

Turnkey Installation

Any third party gear you want included, we install it. From commercial generators to specialized retail shelving.

Direct Collaboration

You work directly with the fabrication team. We troubleshoot the layout with you from the initial napkin sketch to the final polish.

Clean Documentation

Every custom build gets a full Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) for easy registration in your state.

The Numbers

The Estimated Cost of Fully Custom Trailers

Because these are true one-off builds, pricing varies widely based on engineering complexity, utility requirements, and finish materials.
  • Mobile Boutiques & Retail Shells typically run $15,000 – $30,000+.
  • Fully Outfitted Service & Mobile Medical Trailers run $35,000 – $65,000+.
  • Complex Experiential Trailers & Command Centers run $60,000 – $100,000+.
We work with commercial lending partners. Many mobile business builds qualify for Section 179 tax deductions.

Common Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions about the equipment and deck-over trailers we build.
What affects the price of a custom trailer?

Size, construction, equipment, utilities, ventilation, finishes and custom features all affect price. Your project estimate identifies the included work, options and exclusions so you can compare choices against your budget.

How should I compare quotes from different builders?

Compare dimensions, construction, equipment models, usable layout, utilities, ventilation, installation, delivery and written warranty. Similar-looking trailers can include very different work. Ask each builder to identify the scope and exclusions.

Why does a shorter trailer sometimes cost almost the same?

Sinks, tanks, electrical work, ventilation, equipment and fabrication labor may cost nearly the same. A shorter body saves money only where the revised scope reduces material or work.

Will supplying my own equipment save money?

It may reduce purchasing costs, but mounting, connections and installation still apply. Send models before buying so we can compare the total installed cost and identify required changes.

Are taxes, delivery and registration included?

Only when your written quote includes them. Budget for delivery, taxes, title, registration and permit or inspection charges alongside the build price. We identify quoted charges and outstanding items.
