2. How long does it take to build a custom trailer?

Our standard lead time is 3-4 months. Expedited options are available for an additional fee. This is significantly faster than the industry average, which can be 1+ year.

3. What is the build process like?

We provide a detailed biweekly breakdown of the build process, ensuring you’re informed every step of the way. This includes everything from material procurement to final inspections and shipping/delivery.

4. Where are you located?

Our headquarters are in Stillwater, Minnesota.

5. Do you offer financing?

We don’t offer direct financing, but we can recommend financing institutions that have helped our past customers. Explore small business loans, commercial equipment leases, and more through the link we provide.

6. Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We ship trailers anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer custom quotes for international shipping. Flat-rate shipping costs are provided for major ports across the US, with direct-to-door options available at an additional cost.

7. What size trailer do I need?

The ideal size depends on factors like your staffing, appliances, budget, and local regulations. We offer a guide to help you choose the perfect size for your needs.

8. How can I get a custom quote?

9. What comes standard with your trailers?

Our trailers come equipped with a comprehensive list of features, including a full electrical system, stainless steel counters, non-slip flooring, DOT-approved lights, and much more. Appliances are not included, but we can provide cutouts to fit your specific needs. Or supply and install our own options.

10. Will your trailer meet my county’s health code?

Our trailers meet most US health codes. However, specific requirements can vary by county. We recommend checking with your local health department for additional needs.

11. How are your trailers powered?

Our trailers can be powered by either a generator or an approved public power source, like shore power. We provide a compatible exterior plug for easy connection.

12. Can I use my own appliances or trailer?

We have a policy of working with our own equipment to ensure compatibility and compliance. However, we can provide custom cutouts in the countertops to fit your chosen appliances.

13. Why shouldn’t I order from an overseas manufacturer?

14. How much upfront payment is required?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your spot on the waitlist and begin production. We’ll provide regular updates with photos and an estimated completion date. The final 50% deposit is due upon trailer completion and before shipping.

15. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH or wire bank transfers, cashier’s checks, Credit Card (3.5% fee) or Zelle. All transactions are secured with a signed legal contract.

16. Do you offer warranty?

We offer a 1 year Manufacturers Limited Warranty on your custom made food trailer & the appliances also come with their own 1-2 year warranty from the manufacturers. This is non-accidental warranty, so if anything is faulty out the box, we will ship out new appliances or compensate to cover the expense of repairs in your local.

All of our concession trailers are always delivered insured, so if any damages happen during any point of delivery, it is fully covered and fully insured to have repairs done in your local.

17. What size ball & trailer light connection is used on your trailers?

A standard 2″ ball mount is used & a 4 flat pin connector for the taillights are used to connect your custom vending trailer. These are both American standards.
