Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common warranty questions

Do I need to register my warranty?

No! Your warranty coverage begins automatically from your purchase date. No registration is required. Simply keep your sales documentation for reference when filing claims.

How do I prove my warranty coverage?
Keep your original sales documentation (bill of sale, purchase agreement, or invoice). This serves as proof of purchase date and warranty eligibility. We can also look up your coverage using your trailer VIN and purchase information.
What's not covered by the warranty?
  • Normal wear and maintenance items
  • Damage from misuse or improper maintenance
  • Environmental damage or acts of nature
  • Commercial rental use
Can I transfer my warranty to a new owner?
No, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty terminates upon sale or transfer of the trailer.
Are tires and wheels covered?

Tires are covered by the tire manufacturer’s warranty. Wheels and wheel bearings are considered wear items and are not covered  under our warranty except for manufacturing defects discovered within the first 30 days.
