All sales of St. Croix Trailers products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any trailer purchases, deposits, or custom orders.
No Refunds Policy
All sales of St. Croix Trailers products are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:
- • Completed trailer purchases
- • Deposits for custom orders
- • Custom-built trailers
Custom Orders & Deposits
Deposits for custom trailer orders are non-refundable.
When you place a custom order with St. Croix Trailers:
- ✓ Your deposit secures production time and materials allocation
- ✓ We begin sourcing specialized materials immediately
- ✓ Production resources are committed to your build
- ✗ Cancellation results in forfeiture of all payments made
Warranty Protection
While refunds are not available, all new St. Croix Trailers include comprehensive warranty protection:
Limited Exceptions
- • Duplicate payments (upon verification)
- • Overpayments (upon verification)
- • Significant, verifiable billing errors
Note: These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a right to refunds.
Legal Terms
Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Minnesota.
Policy Changes
St. Croix Trailers reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Purchase Agreement
By completing a purchase with St. Croix Trailers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Refunds Policy.
