Refund Policy
Custom Orders Are Final: All trailers are made-to-order based on customer specifications. Once production begins, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit of 40-50% is required to initiate your custom build. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your place in our production schedule.
Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled in writing within [24–48 hours] of placement. After this time, cancellations are not accepted, and the deposit remains non-refundable.
Changes to Orders: Any requested changes to the design or features must be submitted in writing before production begins. Changes made after production starts may incur additional fees and do not qualify for refunds.
Force Majeure: In the event of delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, natural disasters), St. Croix Trailers reserves the right to adjust timelines without issuing refunds.
Final Payment Obligation: Full payment is due upon completion of the trailer. Failure to make the final payment does not entitle the customer to a refund of the deposit or any payments made.
Warranty Coverage: While refunds are not available, all St. Croix Trailers come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
Acknowledgment of Terms: By placing an order with St. Croix Trailers, you agree to these terms and conditions, including the “No Refunds” policy.
